Alhumd Inspections (specifically Alhumd himself) was very responsive to our request for a home inspection the day following putting in an offer on a home. He was at the property early the next morning and was very detailed in his explanation on what he was going to do, why, and what it would tell us. His dedication to his craft, with the utilization of impressive tools at his disposal, located a few minor issues for us which allowed for clear communication with the seller...who himself promptly addressed the issues within a couple days. We appreciated Alhumd's work, thoroughness and detailed report (the FLIR images were very helpful) regarding a major personal purchase. Thank you!!!!
